Branding Setup — £250 one‑off

A one-time setup fee for applying your organisation’s branding to the platform, including logo, primary colour, supported portal styling, email template branding, report/PDF branding, and reasonable support with subdomain/DNS configuration where required.

Branding Setup does not include bespoke UI redesign, custom feature development, or extensive design work. These are quoted separately.

Notes & terms

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Archived or inactive clients do not count towards active client limits.
  • Unlimited departments and department users are subject to fair use and normal platform operation.
  • Annual billing can be offered by agreement.
  • Bespoke development, non-standard workflows, and custom integrations are quoted separately.
